Terms and conditions

1. Scope of application:

For all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs, the following terms and conditions apply.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract:

The purchase contract is established with Kenko Professional Imaging Co., Ltd.
The contract is formalized upon submission of a purchase order. Following the order submission, you will promptly receive a confirmation via email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage:

The contract can be concluded in either Japanese or English. We retain a copy of the contract text and will email you the order details along with our general terms and conditions.

4. Terms of delivery:

In addition to the indicated product prices there are shipping costs. Further information about shipping costs can be found in the offers.
We exclusively offer delivery services. Unfortunately, self-collection of products is not available.

5. Payment:

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

If you select the prepayment payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and proceed with delivering the goods once we have received your payment.

6. Retention of title:

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport damages:

If goods with evident transport damage are delivered, please report such issues to the personnel and contact us promptly. Failure to report or contact us will not affect your legal claims and their enforcement, especially regarding your warranty rights. However, you cooperation aids us in pursuing claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and guarantees:

The warranty shall be two years from the date of arrival of the product. The warranty covers only failures and defects that occur under normal use. Damage caused by dropping or collision is not covered by the warranty.
